Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of whattheywouldsay.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. What the Service does
You upload a WhatsApp or Instagram chat export. The Service computes a free statistical breakdown and, after a one-time payment, generates an AI-written report about the chat, delivered instantly at a private link. There are no accounts and no subscriptions.
2. Payments and refunds
Payments are one-time and processed by Razorpay. The price is shown before you pay. If your payment succeeds but your report fails to generate, or something else goes wrong, email support@whattheywouldsay.com within 14 days and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate. Because reports are generated and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds simply because you disliked what your group chat had to say.
3. Your responsibilities
By using the Service you agree that you will not:
- upload a chat you do not have the right to share, or use the Service to violate the privacy of others;
- use reports to harass, threaten, blackmail, or harm any person;
- upload content involving minors in any inappropriate context;
- attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service or its payment flow.
We may refuse service or delete content that violates these rules.
4. Your content
The chat you upload stays yours. The report generated for you is yours to keep and share. You grant us only the limited right to process your chat to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Entertainment, not advice
Reports are written by AI for entertainment. They may be wrong, exaggerated, or incomplete, and they are not psychological, relationship, legal, or any other kind of professional advice. Do not make important decisions based on a report.
6. Availability and liability
The Service is provided as-is, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
